Estie Rand has been helping helping small, medium and large businesses improve on minimal budgets for over 13 years. A graduate of Baruch College Zicklin School of Business in New York, Estie is also a Certified Professional Coach. After spending many years finding fulfillment in the non-profit industry, Estie founded Strand Consulting to bring her skills of doing more with less to small business owners. Estie now enjoys every minute of her work helping others reach their earning potential, maximizing themselves, their time and of course, their profits.
Ruchama came to Strand Consulting as our amazing do-it-all administrator. A master at taking care of all things behind the scenes, most clients are amazed at how their logistics fall into place her hands. A natural organizer, Ruchama's background in accounting and project management make her the perfect fit to manage the financial, organizational and database needs of our clients.
Lauren Mann enjoys using her natural artistic talent and professional training to help business owners turn a mass of information into something clear and easy to understand while being aesthetically pleasing. With over 13 years experience, a formal graphic design study program under her belt, and her own private Graphic Design company, Lauren joins the Strand Consulting team to help our clients ideas & campaigns come to life in a visually appealing way.
Tova Herskovitz, The Branding Stylist, works with small businesses to help them craft a unique and compelling brand to better connect with their audience. From social media consulting, branding makeovers, copywriting and email marketing, Tova helps coax the authentic voice from every brand while being conscious of time and money spent.

Hadassah Levy is our digital mastermind, specializing in social media strategy and execution, search engine optimization and web content writing.
Strand Consulting's resident wordsmith, Rachel is a Branding Strategist and content marketing queen with a background in public relations. She specializes in helping companies tell their stories, strengthen their brand identity and build relationships with their target markets online.
Yael Knochen has been designing for print and web for over 15 years in 3 languages and loving every minute of it! Fluent in English, Hebrew and Spanish, Yael has a rare combination of both creativity and professionalism that makes working with her a pleasure. Her unique design and branding talent makes her work a success for each client's individual needs. Deena Malka comes to us with over 10 years of experience in complex data entry and analysis. With certifications and training in QuickBooks and all Microsoft office programs, Deena’s unique ability to work with complex technical information in an analytical way makes her a great addition to the team.
At the age of 17, Gary Brown worked as a telemarketer in the evenings, cold calling people at home at London (B2C) as they were trying to relax. After university, Gary entered the workforce - working in sales for various companies, this time calling other companies (B2B) and became a Business Development Manager. Over the years, Gary realized that there was a problem with how companies structured their sales. "I decided it was time to educate business owners about the different stages of the sales process so they could get better results." As a result, Gary bring a very different and systematic approach to sales which generates more revenues and new clients.
